Abstract

In the XVII–XVIII centuries, Ukrainian verbal culture played the role of an important link between the culture of Eastern and Southern Slavs (as well as  of Vlaho-Moldovans) and served as a source and sometimes a model for a number of literary works and even norms of the literary language of Serbs, Croats, Vlaho-Moldovans, and partly for Bulgarians and Russians.
