Abstract

In studies on growing young pigs established the effectiveness of feed, respectively, including organic and inorganic compounds of iron in the complex (204 g/t of iron sulfate and 200 g/t "Bioplex Iron") and 467 g/t "Bioplex Iron", which increased the average daily increase in live weight by 3,9 and 7,1%, and reduce feed consumption, protein and exchange energy per unit of production. It was found that the animals of the experimental groups exceeded the young of the control variant by 3,9 and 5,0%, respectively, by weight, chilled carcass by 4,6 and 7,9%, slaughter yield by 0,5 and 2,0%. The area of the "muscle eye" was the largest (6,0%) in young pigs, receiving organic iron, there was an increase in iron deposition in the liver, spleen, small intestine, stomach, respectively 29,6%,45,6%, 42%, 85,8%. Histological studies confirm the high physiological status of the internal organs performing the main functions of digestion and use of nutrients with increasing the biologically active part of the feed for growing young pigs. The inclusion of organic iron in the diet of growing young pigs, both its combination with the mineral form, and in the pure organic form, provided an increase in the profitability of pork production by 4,7 and 8,3%.
