Abstract

The article deals with the issues of adaptation of young teachers to solving new problems in the system of secondary vocational education. The importance of personal development and professional growth of young teachers of the system of secondary vocational education for the organization of effective interaction of subjects of educational relations is substantiated. Based on the analysis of the results of monitoring studies, the work of the regional innovation platform, the activities of the Council of Young Teachers of the Secondary Vocational Education System of the Leningrad Region, the conditions for transforming approaches to the adaptation of young specialists of secondary vocational education institutions for their successful entry into pedagogical activity are shown.

1 Введение. Вопросы успешного становления молодых специалистов в социальной, образовательной и производственной сферах всегда были и остаются актуальными. Изменения в социальной и экономической жизни России отразились на состоянии образования, в том числе на деятельности учреждений системы среднего профессионального образования (СПО). Среди основных признаков этого влияния отметим: снижение качества профессиональной подготовки специалистов, недостаток мастерства и квалификации педагогов для организации образовательного процесса, падение престижа профессии «педагог», отток специалистов и др.
2 В связи с изменениями, происходящими в современных условиях, перед педагогами учреждений СПО ставятся новые задачи, которые требуют коренных изменений в процессе профессиональной подготовки специалистов.
3 Возникает необходимость решать проблемы, выдвинутые в национальном проекте «Образование» на период с 2019 по 2024 год [1], проекте «Профессионалитет», а также в связи с подготовкой к профессиональным конкурсам среди преподавателей и студентов к проведению демонстрационного экзамена.
4 Поэтому современный преподаватель, мастер производственного обучения учреждения СПО должен быть мобильным, своевременно и грамотно реагировать на изменения, происходящие в социальной, экономической жизни и образовательной деятельности.
5 Эти требования относятся и к молодым педагогам, только начинающим педагогическую деятельность в учебных заведениях, ведь от молодых преподавателей, мастеров производственного обучения ждут включения в профессиональную деятельность для организации продуктивного образовательного процесса с первых дней работы. Поэтому молодой педагог должен как можно быстрее стать мыслящим, компетентным, технологически подготовленным, способным к оптимальной организации образовательного и инновационного процессов.
6 Однако, как показывает анализ результатов мониторинга образовательной действительности и социально-педагогических исследований, даже при высокой мотивации к образовательной работе личностное и профессиональное становление и развитие молодых педагогов и, как результат, их профессиональная адаптация часто проходят длительно и с большими трудностями [2; 3; 4; 5].
7 Поэтому проблема социальной, профессиональной и личностной адаптации молодых педагогов учреждений СПО приобретает в современных условиях особую актуальность.
8 Материалы и методы. В исследовании использовались анализ и обобщение научной литературы и диссертационных исследований по проблемам адаптации молодых педагогов к решению новых задач. В качестве правовых основ для анализа выбраны федеральные и региональные документы по проблемам организации образовательной деятельности в учреждениях СПО. В статье использованы результаты анкетирования педагогических работников и мониторинга руководителей и педагогов организаций СПО.
