Abstract

The article examines the role of agent-based position of participants of the educational process in the implementation of the concept of productive education in the practice of private schools in St. Petersburg, identifies markers of agent-based position and other factors in the implementation of the concept. The rating of factors has been determined. The definition of the agentic position is formulated in the context of the metamodern educational discourse. The article shows that the agency position of children is the most significant factor for the implementation of the concept of productive education in the practice of private schools in St. Petersburg.The data obtained by the authors using qualitative and quantitative methods mutually verify each other, which allows us to state a significant degree of reliability of the results presented by the authors. The article concludes about the transformative role of productive education in the current educational continuum.

1 Введение. Нами сформулирован концепт продуктивного образования, продемонстрированы основные черты гипотетического механизма внедрения его положений в практику петербургской школы. В основе реализации концепта продуктивного образования в школьной практике лежит так называемая «агентская позиция» деятелей – хозяев базовых процессов в образовании. С нашей точки зрения, агентская позиция людей в образовательных отношениях проявляется в контексте их персонализации. Целью нашего исследования не является специальная понятийная работа, априори будем считать, что в пространстве нашего исследования персонализированная позиция деятеля адекватна его агентской позиции.
2 Базируясь на содержании ранее выявленных базовых признаков проявления концепта продуктивного образования в образовательной практике [1, с. 27], нами сформулировано определение концепта продуктивного образования: «Продуктивное образование – персонализированный подход к образованию, когда приобретение знаний, умений, навыков, ценностных установок и культурных кодов происходит на основе реализации агентской позиции учащегося в образовательном процессе, предполагающей его участие, совместно с педагогом-наставником и/или тьютором, в трансформации образовательных целей, конструировании образовательного контента, выборе формата обучения и образовательных технологий, а также социально и персонально значимую проектную деятельность, базирующуюся на ценностном проживании опыта проектирования. Обучение, осуществляемое в рамках продуктивного образования, содержит в основе аттестации самооценку учащегося и детскую оценку качества профессиональной деятельности педагога» [1, с. 28].
3 В определении содержатся коды – маркеры проявления персонализированной позиции школьника в образовательном процессе, которые нами использованы в ходе рейтингования факторов проявления концепта продуктивного образования. Этот процесс будет описан ниже. Включенное наблюдение позволило сделать вывод, что наиболее отчетливо действие концепта продуктивного образования наблюдается в практике частных школ. На этой основе сформулирован следующий исследовательский вопрос: какие факторы свидетельствуют о реализации в школьной практике концепта продуктивного образования и какие из них прежде всего способствуют его реализации?
4 В своем исследовании отталкиваемся от общего предположения, что применение в современном образовательном процессе концепта продуктивного образования способствует реализации в практике школ агентской позиции обучающихся. Однако также полагаем, что агентскую позицию следует рассматривать и определить с точки зрения актуального метамодернистского образовательного дискурса.
5 В отечественной [3] и зарубежной [4; 5; 6; 7] литературе под агентностью субъекта в образовании понимается «его способность делать ситуативный выбор, действовать направленно и стратегично, ориентируясь на собственные профессиональные ценности и “запросы”, а также способность к трансформации ситуации, даже если выбор этой ситуации не был им определен» [3, с. 75], причем в большинстве источников речь идет об агентности учителей. Агентивное поведение учащихся рассматривается прежде всего в контексте реализации постулата выбора, когда школьники выступают в качестве предмета изучения и выбирают из предлагаемого им взрослыми набора вещей и процессов [8; 9]. Подобное поведение нельзя в полной мере считать агентивным. Гораздо реже в источниках встречаются описания свидетельств проективно-трансформирующего поведения детей, когда они сами создают содержание выбора [10; 11; 12].
