Abstract

During the Great Patriotic War, one of the oldest enterprises in our country, Izhorsky Zavod, produced its products. It was needed to Win. But even in these extreme conditions, issues related to reconstruction and renovation of the material base were successfully resolved. This was required for the further development of the plant already in peacetime.

This work shows the restoration process of the industrial capacities of the Izhorsky plant, which took place after the lifting of the siege of Leningrad; the development of the industrial potential of the enterprise is considered; real examples of the labor successes of the working collective, which actively participated in the restoration of the destroyed infrastructure of the Izhorsky enterprise, are shown.

At that time, serious qualitative changes were taking place in the USSR in the process of using new industrial equipment. The replacement of morally and materially outdated mechanisms and equipment begins. The industrial enterprises of Leningrad were a kind of progenitors of the scientific and technical revolution in our country.

1 Проблема модернизации промышленности в экстремальных условиях боевых действий является важной и актуальной проблемой. Известно, что советский индустриальный сектор проходил определенные этапы становления и развития. Годы индустриализации поспособствовали тому, что одно из старейших предприятий нашей страны, основанное еще соратником Петра I А. Д. Меньшиковым, стало одним из ведущих центров оборонной промышленности. Здесь изготавливались первые советские блюминги, выпускались кривошипные и эксцентриковые прессы для автомобильных и тракторных заводов. Всё это было принципиально важно для становления и развития отечественного танкостроения. Выдающийся советский инженер А.С. Завьялов стал начальником Центральной броневой лаборатории. Именно она работала над созданием противоснарядной брони высокой твёрдости для танков Т-34 и КВ1. 1. Поздняков О.А. 2 В 1938 г. за высокие производственные достижения завод получил переходящее Красное знамя Главка. В 1940 году коллектив предприятия был награжден высшей наградой Советского Союза – орденом Ленина.
3 В третьей пятилетке, ижорцы должны были в разы увеличить ассортимент выпускаемой продукции и ускорить техническое обновление собственной промышленной базы. Однако война помешала этому.
4 22 июня 1941 г. ровно в полдень на проспекте Ленина, в г. Колпино местные жители, включая рабочих с предприятия, с волнением и тревогой прослушали обращение В.М. Молотова2. Тогда еще никто не мог предположить, что в скором времени линия фронта пройдет в непосредственной близости от их родного предприятия. 2. Там же, С. 156.
5 В первые дни войны руководство предприятия составило план перепрофилирования завода и переустройства мощностей на максимальный и ускоренный выпуск военной продукции. Представители цехов, задействованные в образовательном процессе, ускорили процесс подготовки кадров, проходивший на территории предприятия, т. к. более половины лиц мужского пола сразу отправились фронт, а остальные были мобилизованы в рабочие батальоны3. 3. 6 Враг наступал. Осенью 1941 г. нависла угроза вторжения немецких войск в Ленинград и близлежащие территории. Поэтому для защиты города и предприятия срочно были сформированы истребительные отряды, отряды Народного ополчения и рабочие батальоны4. 4. ЦГАИПД СПб Ф. 24, Оп. 26, Д. 7459, Л. 78.
7 При этом рабочие, которые остались на заводе приступили к строительству оборонительных сооружений в районе города Колпино. По линии Колпино – Павловск удалось создать достаточно укрепленную защитную систему.
8 В ходе этих действий рабочими и членами их семей было построено 270 блиндажей, 95 дерево-земляных и железобетонных дотов, 615 противотанковых огневых точек, 12400 метров ходов сообщений и противотанковых ров общей протяженностью 7200 метров5. 5. Там же.
9 Но главным в работе предприятия оставалось производство тяжелых танков. 13 сентября 1941 года военпред Ижорского завода военинженер 2-го ранга Дмитрусенко докладывал в Москву: «Ввиду систематического обстрела Ижорского завода артогнем немцами, изготовление КВ и БА-10 на заводе прекратилось. Обстрел завода начался с 29 августа и не прекращается по настоящее время.
