Abstract

The legal framework of the unification and harmonization of the legal regulation of the appeal-based review of judgments in the civil, administrative and criminal court proceedings in the article. The framework for the establishment and operation of the judicial power bodies in a unified form of action is the basis for the creation of a uniform procedural law. It is pointed out to the need to borrow the most successful and efficient provisions from various procedural branches of law, which will allow to eliminate the differences existing between them in the case when it is necessary to conceive new rules of proceeding, disposition, and review of cases, and to use the best practice of certain branches of law in the regulation of similar legal relations by other branches. In this connection, the author substantiates the recommendations to amend the current criminal procedure legislation regulating the proceedings before the court of appeal.
