К глобальным социальным наукам? Некоторые предварительные размышления

Преобразования, вызванные процессами глобализации, влияют на состояние социальных наук. Многие голоса, исходящие прежде всего из так называемого «Юга», требуют радикального пересмотра западных общественных наук – если не полного отказа от них. Стало очевидным, что инструментарий, понятия и методы, унаследованные от модернити, неспособны уловить сложность и изменчивость современного социального опыта, характеризующегося множеством мнений, интересов, исторических традиций. Осознание многообразия различных точек зрения на социальные науки, которые складываются за пределами классических (западных) формулировок, подталкивает развитие социальных наук в двух противоположных направлениях. С одной стороны, происходят попытки восстановления прочных основ общего знания и преодоления многообразия и партикуляризма, с опорой на строго определенный методологический и концептуальный инструментарий, который призван обосновать обновленное универсалистское понимание сложности современных обществ. С другой, наблюдается тенденция признания неизбежности предвзятого, неустойчивого и необъективного социального знания. В статье представлено обоснование различных позиций и предложено интегрировать современное осмысление «теоретико-методологического» содержания социальных наук с рефлексией по поводу практик их развития.
