Европейские члены СЭВ и Третий мир: экономической помощи в оценках ЦРУ США (1965–1975 годы)

В статье освещается анализ ЦРУ экономической помощи европейских стран-членов СЭВ «третьему миру» в 1965–1975 гг. Аналитики американской разведки выявили подходы советских восточноевропейских союзников, а также самого СССР к формам и методам оказания помощи менее развитым странам и их постепенному переходу к «экономическому прагматизму» в своей политике.
