Abstract

A comparative analysis of shearing machines for sheep. Identified the advantages and disadvantages of shearing machines with single-phase commutator motor, compared with three-phase asynchronous motor with squirrel cage rotor. Offered individual electrostically unit with improved transmitter and upgraded cutting machine with vertical screw-down mechanism. This equipment Assembly increases the efficiency of the shearing due to the improved characteristics of the transducer and the working bodies of shearing machines. The frequency Converter current saves on the overhead of energy and has a power saving feature. The mass of the improved Converter is reduced in comparison with the prototype 2.1 lbs. Vertical push mechanism gives a three-fold reduction of the uneven pressing of the knife to the comb into a shearing machine.
