Abstract

Typical chernozems of protected areas are characterized by a high humus content, a stable absorbing complex, favorable agrochemical properties and demonstrate high number and activity of different groups of microorganisms, which indicates about deep mineralization of plant residues, and the storage of biogenic elements in microbial biomass. In the fallow the structure of microbial community is disturbing. The proportion of oligotrophic groups, which are able to transform of  humic substances are increase. Slows down the rate of decomposition of cellulose, increase of phytotoxicity and develops  dehumification. Intherotation  negative dynamic smoothed
