Abstract

We studied the changes of the main indicators of grain quality of hulled oats during at fractionation for the development of the method of their regulation. It is shown that the grains of various fractions of hulled oats is not equal on biochemical structure and technological qualities. Fractionation of the grain samples collected from homogeneous large parties of oats, and carrying out of corresponding analyses, to determine a broad range of indicators of the quality of individual fractions and their dependence on the thickness of the grains. Then, at the expense of correct selection and installation of top and (or) bottom sieves on seed clearing machines of secondary clearing one can change (to raise or lower) the basic quality parameters of exact party of hulled oats grain up to values regulated with the State Standard or standards demanded by the consumer.
