4 The purpose of the competition is to identify talented Russian young specialists, lawyers practicing in the fuel and energy complex sphere, young scientists, to attract young specialists to search for solutions for current issues of legal regulation in the energy industry, to strengthen ties between science, rule-making and practices for the development of legal regulation in various energy industry areas, with consideration of current and strategic objectives.

At the moment, 36 applications have been submitted by young specialists of fuel and energy companies. Young specialists of the Gazprom Group, the Inter RAO Group, the Interregional Distribution Grid Group, the Transneft Group, RusHydro Group, Market Council Association Non-Profit Partnership, Unipro, PJSC, take part in the competition.
7 The leading positions are occupied by young specialists of the Gazprom Group; the second place is taken by young specialists of the Inter RAO Group.
