2	Let me take this opportunity and congratulate you with the first 5-year jubilee anniversary of the International Scientific and Practical Journal Energy Law Forum. The five years, which saw hot discussions on the journal’s cover and the issues’ concept, have elapsed quickly, almost unnoticed, as if it were only yesterday that Mr. Blazheev and Mr. Grib decided to set up this periodical.
3	I want to express my sincere gratitude to members of the editorial board and the editorial collegium for their help and support in creating the journal, for wonderful articles and valuable advice and recommendations.
