Abstract

The development of the culture of modern legal language is determined by a number of factors due to the dynamics of public relations, the most important of which is the technological imperative. In this regard, the objectives of the article are to determine the features of legal terminology reflecting certain legal concepts of virtual space, to identify the specifics of the formulation and linguistic presentation of legal prescriptions of virtual space, to determine the directions of streamlining and improving the language of law in the context of digitalization.

The research methodology is presented by formal legal, historical legal, comparative legal methods, as well as methods of legal forecasting, legal modeling, and content analysis.

The article examines the features of the language and style of modern normative legal acts, determines the degree of influence of the processes of digitalization of law on them, identifies areas for improving the language and style of legislation, taking into account the prospects for possible digitization of legal norms and identification of legal formulas for their use by artificial intelligence, further algorithmic transformations in law.

The author’s conclusions are focused on the formulation of a legal model of legal and terminological unification in the context of digitalization.
