Abstract

This article examines the concept of "civic identity", analyzes the event approach as a means of forming civic identity, examines the issues of self-identification and the development of teamwork skills among young people. The purpose of this work is to substantiate the effectiveness of the event-based approach in the formation of civic identity. The methodology consists in collecting and analyzing relevant data on the topic of the work. Based on the data obtained as a result of the research of scientific works, the author's hypothesis about the effectiveness of the event approach was confirm and key aspects in the formation of civic identity of young people were identified. The article has practical significance and can be used as a guide for specialists involved in the formation of civic identity among young people.

1	Введение. В эпоху геополитических вызовов и угроз вопросы сохранения и укрепления общероссийской гражданской идентичности (далее – ГИ) являются приоритетными. Правовые основы и положения, актуализированные в Указах Президента Российской Федерации В.В. Путина от 21 июля 2022 года «О национальных целях развития Российской Федерации на период до 2030 года», от 09 ноября 2022 года № 809 «Об утверждении Основ государственной политики по сохранению и укреплению традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей», позволяют переосмыслить подходы к социальным, культурным и технологическим процессам при реализации работы с молодежью по вопросам сохранения и укрепления традиционных и культурно-исторических ценностей. В связи с этим деятельность по популяризации этих ценностей среди молодежи имеет стратегическое значение. Именно молодежь является тем стратегическим потенциалом, роль которого особенно возрастает в период трансформации общества во всех сферах жизни. Вопросами формирования ГИ занимались такие ученые, как Л.М. Дробижева, Е.Е. Соловьева, С.И. Попова и другие; изучением проблематики мотивации молодежи в ГИ: Л.Н. Мещанова, О.Ю. Козинская, Е.Ю. Глазырина, З.Б. Гасанова, Т.В. Бугайчук, О.А. Коряковцева, Т.В. Яковко, В.А. Сажина и другие. Признавая неоспоримость важности формирования ГИ, необходимо отметить, что вопросам эмоционально-ценностных подходов уделяется недостаточное внимание в научной литературе. Данный факт потребовал обращения к событийному подходу, предполагающему ценность и опору в образовательном и воспитательном процессе при работе с молодежью, основанном на личных смыслах.
2	Обзор научной литературы. Понятие «гражданская идентичность» достаточно часто встречается в научных работах. За последние десять лет, по данным электронной библиотеки elibrary.ru, ГИ является объектом научных исследований в философии, политологии, экономике, истории, социологии, психологии и педагогике. В настоящей статье понятие ГИ рассматривается преимущественно в педагогическом аспекте. По мнению Л.М. Дробижевой, актуальность данного понятия связана с выработкой эффективных механизмов объединения многонационального народа России, укреплением духовной общности, его суверенитета посредством формирования общероссийской ГИ. Автор, анализируя официальное понятие ГИ с позиции власти, делает акцент на политическую и социальную вовлеченность граждан в жизнь страны, которая выражается в солидарности с государственными правилами и нормами, принятии ответственности за создание благополучия в стране, укреплении единства народа посредством общей истории и культурного кода [1].
3	Идентичность в широком смысле рассматривается как социальный и личностный конструкт, присущий индивиду (Н.П. Несговорова) [2]; как самоопределение человека в разрезе социальной принадлежности, самооценки и обеспечения условий безопасности (М.М. Мчедлова). Самоопределение социума детерминировано наличием исторического прошлого, территориальной общности, культурных традиций, политических идей, коллективных ценностей [3].
