Abstract

The article is devoted to the concept and essence of International Administrative Law, foreign scientific doctrines are analyzed. The authors suggest that International Administrative Law determines the administrative activities which based under international law norms. This activity is both external and internal. It is represented as the cooperation of the executive authorities of different countries in connection with the solution of tasks within the state, and the adoption of administrative acts under international law norms.
