The integration nature of legal technologies and concept for their classification

It is proposed to consider legal technologies from the perspective of their integration nature, which allows to combine different independent and sometimes even separate segments of legal activity into a single production. In this aspect, the role of legal technologies is to ensure unity in achieving results in the presence of a variety of instrumental solutions. Positions of researchers on allocation of criteria of classification of the legal technologies allowing to define not only the basic structural, but also their intraspecific organization are presented. The article notes that the classification serves for a deeper understanding of the instrumental and process nature of legal activity by establishing the laws of its implementation in order to form the approaches of controlled legal development, modernization of legal activity and improvement of the Russian legal system.
