A brief analysis and review of publications in the field of constitutional justicein the Kyrgyz Republic

This article reviews publications in Kyrgyzstan about the institute of constitutional justice. Since 1991, a structural and systemic transformation of the social and state structure began in the Kyrgyz Republic. One of the primary tasks was the creation of the institution of constitutional control - the important attribute of rule of law countries. It is revealed that country's Constitution to ensure its implementation and legal protection. The author conducts a brief analysis of the dissertations, the subject of which was the Kyrgyz constitutional court. A general conclusion: despite the anthropocentric connotations in Kyrgyz scholar publications on constitutional justice, there are still many unexplored issues.
