On the linguistics of speech

The author proposes to consider linguistics as a confederation including the linguistics of speech and the linguistics of language. The linguistics of speech is not the fluent speech as such and is not the product of language activity. The most part of linguistics of speech constitutes the so-called «communicative fond»: interjections, particulae, particles, the word order and the whole system of language prosody. In the broad sense the linguistics of speech includes also the encirclement of an utterance.
