СУД НАД СТРАТЕГАМИ-ПОБЕДИТЕЛЯМИ И «ТЕНЬ АЛКИВИАДА» (ЧАСТЬ II)

Аннотация

Суд над стратегами, одержавшими победу в Аргинусском морском сражении 406 г. до н.э., стал одним из наиболее скандальных эпизодов истории классических Афин. Вторая часть статьи начинается с рассмотрения юридического аспекта процесса, который, по мнению автора, относился к типу εἰσαγγελίαἀσεβείας. Затем продолжается анализ просопографических данных по лицам, имевшим отношение к суду и его результату. Особенный акцент делается на фигурах триерархов (а ранее – неоднократных стратегов) Ферамена и Фрасибула, которые, с одной стороны, были сторонниками Алкивиада, а с другой – имели личные причины для выступления против своих командиров. В итоге делается общий вывод, что многое в ходе процесса невозможно понять без учета той огромной роли, которую в тогдашних Афинах играл (пусть и отсутствовавший) Алкивиад, возвращения которого к руководству вооруженными силами желали многие из граждан.
