Abstract

Author examines changes in the mechanism of the formation of the global world system arguing that special kind of localization of social space - information-culture, resulted in the creation and strengthening of new – information-glokal – are currently shaping consolidation of local communities. A connection between the formation of a global network society and the ever-increasing local networks is argued for. Modern glocalization is interpreted as a form of connection between two conflicting network spaces: territorial-local and information-networks. The structure of the modern global information society, so the author, generates network "centroaspired oriented" local sociocultural complexes. The author believes that modern society is a networked society, as an association of local societies through network global flows of electronic pulses (M. Castells), is in need to be supplemented by the local societies coming not from a single global society, but many autonomous networked societies emerging in "nodes" of the world communication. As a result, localization does not disappear, reproducing a new form of glocality to reinforce world integrity. These nodes have become a new form of glocalization linking local and global localization based on information flows localization. The author proposes to supplement the ontology of this process conceptual model of the "three-base matrix" algorithm, reflecting the logic of the formation of the integrity of the world social system.
