Abstract

The study describes the prescriptive aspect of modern Kassubian homily – the range of persons and entities who issue directives or are claimed to issue directives. The author also focuses on linguistic means which are most often used to express the will or to urge the addressee of the sermon to act in a certain way and share the preacher’s values.
