Russian diplomats’ correspondence on the position of Greece and Russia on the eve of the First Balkan War

The article is devoted to the position of Russian diplomacy regarding the policy of Greece on the eve of the First Balkan War, such as goals of the war and preparations for it, The Cretan question, the Straits question and so forth. For this research purpose diplomatic cor-respondence of the Russian envoys in Greece with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the Russian archives was used.
