Technology of moderation in the conflict settlement structure and algorithm

The modern practice of interaction in all spheres of society is characterized by the problems of escalation of conflicts, which makes it relevant to develop various ways to resolve them. This article considers a special way to solve this problem — moderation, which is positioned as a socio-psychological and socio-political technology for researching and settlement of conflicts in modern conditions of interaction. The analysis of this technology is carried out in research and pragmatic aspects. The algorithm of moderation technology is described as a special way of counseling diverse social interests and cooperation on mutually beneficial terms. It is assumed that this technology can be used as part of the implementation of a harmonious social policy focused on a variety of social interests and values of society and its communities.
