Abstract

The discussion questions contained in the article by A.L. Zhuravlev and V.E. Lepsky devoted to the managerial aspects of the subject problem in engineering psychology and ergonomics are considered. The article shows the evolution of the system basis of psychological knowledge in the conditions of changing the scientific picture of the world associated with the change of ideas about scientific rationality in engineering psychology and ergonomics. The transition of psychology from the classical to the post-non-classical form is considered.
