Abstract

It is shown that the unified theoretical basis of the dynamic approach to the study of personality and procedural analysis in the psychology of the actor is the actor-activity approach of S.L. Rubinstein. L.I. Antsyferova applied it, developing a dynamic approach. She had her original, different from other scientists point of view on the psychological mechanisms of activity: the products of activity can be not only material values, but also the relationship of the man with other people, as well as the "revision" of his inner world, its reassessment and transformation. One of the important directions in the scientific work of L.I. Antsyferova is the psychological analysis of the phenomenon of wisdom, based on the description of it as a dynamic developing psychological system. She argued that the wise man is different from other people not only a more differentiated understanding of the world, but also an profound interpretation of their own and other people's life experiences. The focus on the analysis of the dynamics of mental development is also observed in the psychology of the actor: there is a rethinking by psychologists of the category of "procedurality", and in scientific knowledge the procedural approach to the analysis of mental phenomena is more often used than structural. In the procedural approach, the attention of psychologists focuses on understanding the processes and variations within a person, as well as on their temporary transformation. The most important is the analysis of formation, dynamics and novelty of personal and actor formations. The emphasis on the study of the procedural aspects of the psyche is common in modern studies of personality and actor.
