Здоровье работающего населения России: роль вредных и опасных производств

В настоящем исследовании дается эмпирическая оценка связи здоровья и занятости на вредных и опасных производствах. На основе данных RLMS-HSE за 2009–2021 гг. для занятого населения 18–72 лет рассматриваются модели связи условий труда индивида и вероятности хорошей самооценки здоровья; отсутствия проблем со здоровьем за последние 30 дней и сочетанных патологий. В эмпирические модели включены временные лаги здоровья, занятости на вредных производствах и инвестиций в здоровье. Оценки параметров моделей подтвердили наличие предполагаемой статистически значимой отрицательной связи вредных и (или) опасных условий труда и здоровья работников.
