Helmut Kohl - Chancellor of German Unity

The political career of German Chancellor Helmut Kohl (1930-2017) was successful. Linking his life to the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he went from party membership to chairman, from the head of the land government to the federal chancellor. Helmut Kohl in 1990 managed to reunite Germany. In history he is the Chancellor of German Unity forever.
