AbstractThe article describes the essence of the activities and functions of social institutions of the modern world, studied ways to improve the internal structure of these social entities. In order to achieve social order in Russian society, it is necessary to pay attention to the content of the functions that social universities perform in today's Russia. Currently, the cultural and historical significance of the institution of family, education and religion as a function of social control of the formation and development of a healthy spiritual and moral personality is considered. After all, it is the family, education and religion that have a significant impact on the socio-psychological transformation of the value orientations and motives of each individual, on the system of values in which a person develops and is formed as a person.

1 Введение. Социальный институт включает в себя совокупность установленных образцов взаимодействия, нормы, принятые в конкретных сферах социальной жизни. Социальные институты появляются в ответ на определенную потребность на уровне общества и взаимосвязаны с существующими ролями и статусами. Есть несколько функций социальных институтов, но основную функцию выполняют как поддержание целостности общественной системы1. 1. Осипова М.А. 2 Каким образом можно обеспечить централизованное управляющее воздействие на общество в целом для достижения сознательно поставленной цели управления, если общество представляет собой сверхсложную систему и по определению не поддается контролю из единого центра? Ответ кажется очевидным и банальным: посредством построения иерархии соподчиненных друг другу центров управления. Именно таким образом удается справиться с задачей управления в других сложных динамических системах. Но мы имеем дело с общественной системой, т.е. системой деятельности людей2. 2. Кулинченко А.В. 3 Практическая деятельность людей в современном обществе имеет двойственную природу. С одной стороны, мы находимся в рамках повседневности, т. е. контакты, социальные взаимодействия и отношения, в данном случае, носят личностный и неформальный характер. Другими словами, наша повседневность организуется на основе первичных отношений членов неформальных малых групп, а также семейных отношений. Многие исследователи полагают, что повседневность составляет основу для формирования естественного, во многом эмоционального характера отношений между людьми3. 3. Фролов С.С. 4 Социальные институты складываются под влиянием определенных социальных групп, которые декларируют свои правила и нормы взаимодействия в строго ограниченных рамках определенной сферы деятельности, и также в ответ на общественную потребность. Можно заметить, что и такие институты складываются отчасти и путем самоорганизации таких как семья, религия и так далее4. 4. Осипова М.А. 5 Социальное взаимодействие всегда осуществляется в определенной системе, в едином информационно-коммуникативном пространстве, т.е. в сфере отношений между людьми по поводу передаваемой информации, в социально-организационных условиях5. 5. 6 Для приспособления к среде современное общество вырабатывает такие инструменты, чтобы они были пригодны для решения ряд многих задач и могли удовлетворить значимые потребности. Вот такими инструментами и ключевыми элементами структуры общества и являются социальные институты6. 6. Нетребко Е.Н. 7 После того, как человечество прошло многие ступени своего развития и пришло к выводу, что отдельно жить от общества и не зависеть от него практически невозможно. В одиночестве человек не в состоянии приобрести для себя благ, а только вместе с остальными. А именно объединяться в семьи, роды, общины, племена, государства, союзы и другие общественные организации. Из-за распада первобытнообщинного строя человек обособился, стал самостоятельным и из-за этого появилась свобода отдельных личностей. Но, к сожалению такая свобода не существует, если не будет поддержки общества, которое в процессе развития маленькими шажками создает требования желательных вариантов поведения своих членов. А человек как субъект этого общества должен выражать свое личное отношение к созданным требованиям через свое поведение7. 7. Полищук Н.И.
