1 Dear colleagues,
2 The subject of the round practical round table discussion The Development and Distribution of Breakthrough Technologies in the Fuel and Energy Complex and the Legal Regulation Tasks deserves special attention in the present-day conditions, as it reflects the key problems of the economic development and the corresponding legal regulation for our country. These are the problems of energetics and the innovative development.
3 The issues requiring active involvement of lawyers are brought up for discussion. The development and application of breakthrough
4 technologies including renewable energy sources, unmanned vehicles, hydrogen energetics require an ap-to-date legal regulation ensuring not only the use of such technologies but also the balance of interests of energy market participants, and the protection of investments. In this regard, the task of training of professionals having high qualification in energy law becomes of paramount importance.
5 The participation of government representatives, famous scientists, young specialists of the energy industry in the scientific and practical event is a proving the existence of an opportunity for comprehensive discussion of the issues and the development of useful recommendations.
