1 The international applied research journal Energy Law Forum celebrates its 5th anniversary

Dear readers and colleagues,
3 The idea to set up a special energy law journal came to us in December 2013, followed by official registration of the Energy Law Forum periodical on February 25, 2014, by its two founders, the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and the “Yurist” Publishing Group.
4 Since 2014, the Energy Law Forum journal is issued four times a year. The editorial board includes famous Russian and foreign lawyer researchers with Viktoriya V. Romanova, Doctor of Law, as Editor-in-Chief. The journal is issued in Russian and in English.
5 The High Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation recommends the journal as the place for publishing main findings of candidate and doctoral dissertations. The journal is listed in Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI), and each article is assigned a DOI. Famous lawyers, young researchers, and legal practitioners publish their papers and opinions in the journal on various aspects of legal regulation in the field of energy. The edition was awarded the Diploma of the Electric Power Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2018.
