During the round table discussion, the following problems of the legal regulation of energy security were discussed by the participants: Problematic aspects of the legal regulation of energy security at the national and international levels; Legal groundwork for the efficiency of state control of the fuel and energy complex; Goals of the legal regulation of energy security of the players in the common markets of energy resources of the Eurasian Economic Union; Bases of energy security in foreign legal systems; Legal groundwork for rational subsoil use in the system of means for achievement of energy security; Topical issues of harmonization and development of the legislation of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in the field of strengthening of energy security; Russia and the Gas Exporting Countries Forum: how to cooperate?; Legal issues of ensuring energy security in Germany and the European Union; Nuclear processing technologies and problems of international legal regulation; Problematic aspects of legal groundwork for energy law order on the electric power market; Problems of formation of the international legal regime of offshore fixed platforms and floating drilling rigs for exploration and production of oil and gas resources on the continental shelf; Legal aspects of ensuring energy security and goals for development of smart systems for accounting of energy resources.
