Хрупкое спокойствие Арктики

Арктическая повестка дня остается конструктивной, несмотря на кризис в отношениях между Россией и Западом. Однако вряд ли можно бесконечно долго изолировать регион от проблем большой политики. Здесь нарастает ощущение политической неопределенности, просчитываются наихудшие сценарии развития военно-политической обстановки, углубляются разделительные линии, остро ощущается дефицит сотрудничества в области безопасности. Если не проявлять сдержанность в военной деятельности и не обеспечивать ее взаимную транспарентность, пространство сотрудничества в Арктике начнет сужаться.
