Аннотация

Статья посвящена анализу восприятия в США китайской стратегической “Инициативы пояса и пути”. В контексте эволюции и основных параметров инициативы автор изучает отношение к ней самых влиятельных групп интересов американского истэблишмента (консерваторов, неоконсерваторов, реалистов и неолибералов). Делается вывод о вероятности достижения консенсуса между группами на основе возможности использования инициативы в интересах США, а также о потенциальном влиянии консенсуса на общий внешнеполитический курс Вашингтона.
