Взаимодействие стран ЛКА с МВФ на современном этапе

В статье рассмотрены ключевые моменты взаимодействия стран Латино-Карибской Америки (ЛКА) с Международным валютным фондом (МВФ) в период с 2018 г. по настоящее время. Автор останавливается на крупных кредитах, выданных организацией странам региона, а также на механизмах «превентивной» помощи и экстренного финансирования. В статье также рассмотрена связь между взаимодействием стран ЛКА с МВФ и характером их отношений с США — держателем крупнейшей квоты в организации. Изучив условия предоставления кредитов и динамику макроэкономических показателей стран-заемщиков, автор приходит к выводу, что взаимодействие с МВФ не способствует выходу из кризисов стран ЛКА, но может быть направлено на поддержку функционирования уже отлаженных мер.
