Австралия – Латинская Америка: возможности и вызовы сотрудничества в XXI веке

В первой четверти XXI в. произошло изменение системы международных отношений. На смену биполярной и однополярной системам пришла многополярность — сосуществование различных центров силы, обретение развивающими странами и регионами своего места в мире. В этих условиях особое значение стали приобретать межрегиональные связи. Австралия и Латинская Америка находятся в поиске новых политических партнеров и рынков. В данной статье показана эволюция отношений между регионами за два последних десятилетия. На основе анализа документов органов государственной власти, статистики, документов некоммерческих организаций, экспертных оценок рассматриваются новые механизмы сотрудничества и выявляются основные проблемы и вызовы взаимодействия двух регионов.
