The book is a corrected and supplemented by the publishing house “The Whole World “version of the “New brief history of Mexico”, translated from Spanish and published for the first time in Russia in 2008 by the Institute of Latin American Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The book, written by Mexican scientists, allows the inexperienced reader in a concise form to get acquainted with the main stages 4 of economic and political development of the country, from the first settlers to the present day.
