AbstractEnergy reform in Mexico and de-monopolization of state run company Pemex have created conditions for „ entering“ of foreign investors and technologies into oil and gas industry of the country. Russian oil& gas companies have a vast experience of exploration and production of fields with difficult geological conditions and severed logistics. They are quite competitive compared to both local companies and international oil&gas corporations on the Mexican oil and gas market. They also have real potential for development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the realm of exploration and processing of hydrocarbons. But commercial effect will come with time. Hard and committed work is required.
