Abstract

Natural depletion of natural reserves and intensive economic activity are causing aggravation of environmental problems. It is important to identify these problems at the stage of their occurrence in order to prevent environmental degradation and maintain natural balance. In this regard, the issues of improving the legal regulation of social relations emerging in the field of ecological monitoring become relevant. In order to improve the legal regulation of relations in the field of ecological monitoring considered the main problems of legal support in this area and formulated proposals for their solution. The methodology of the study: general scientific and private scientific methods of cognition (formal-legal, system-structural, functional).
