Трансферы колониального порядка: модели внутренней безопасности после Великой войны (методологический аспект)

В статье раскрываются возможности исторической реконструкции опыта ведущих европейских держав в вопросах трансфера колониального порядка в «коротком XX веке», включая его рецепцию за пределами глобальных империй, открывающиеся благодаря методологическому синтезу «новой истории империй» и «новой истории Холодной войны». На конкретных исторических примерах и в широко трактуемых хронологических рамках деколонизации, включающих эпоху Интербеллума, показано, как такой подход помогает восстановить пробелы в исторической генеалогии современных моделей внутренней безопасности в условиях множащихся и затяжных гражданских конфликтов, часто имеющих гибридный характер. Полученные выводы расширяют представления о специфике и характере политики ведущих держав в области внутренней безопасности благодаря выявлению зазора между соответствующими практиками и их последовательной мифологизацией, в том числе в историографической форме.
