Abstract

The article considers the concept of the digital state being implemented, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed approaches, formulates a number of proposals and assessments in the order of discussion, including criticism and subjective opinion about the inconsistency of the proposed concept with existing scientific concepts and reality.
