Abstract

The main theses of the speeches of the participants of the International Scientific Conference “Principles of Constitutional Law as legal regulators of modern life and development” are summarized. The speakers drew attention to the fact that the principles of Constitutional Law as a social phenomenon have a high degree of fundamentality, adaptability to changing conditions; their implementation in practice requires a rational approach to the correlation of principles and norms of Constitutional Law, as well as the resolution of emerging differences regarding their understanding and application in practice. The participants of the conference concluded that the world is multipolar, at the same time there may be different constructions of the principles of Constitutional Law, characteristic of different legal families and stages of development of the state and society.
