Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of such a new legal phenomenon as compliance (risk management system), in relation to one of its types, namely antimonopoly compliance. The author examines the concept of antimonopoly compliance, analyzes its significance and practice of implementation in the system of state and municipal administration. The article examines statistical data in the field of countering monopolistic activity and restricting competition and concludes that antimonopoly compliance is of high importance as a tool for preventing offenses. At the same time, the author draws attention to the problematic issues of implementing antimonopoly compliance.
