Abstract

The financial security of the state, being an integral element of economic security and, as a consequence, national security in general, is a rather popular object for scientific investigations. Nevertheless, the analysis of numerous papers which deal with various issues of financial security reveals quite a prodigious phenomenon: the financial security of the state is been analyzed (which is specifically typical for the works of Russian researchers), as a rule, outside the context of innovative economic development and without any correlations with investments in innovations.

Keywordsfinancial security, investments, innovations, subsidies, grants, digital economy, innovative development, state.
