Abstract

The XXIII International Scientific and Practical Forum “Yurtechnetics” actualized and allowed to systematically analyze modern doctrinal approaches to understanding legal expertise. Currently, there is a need in jurisprudence to form a holistic view of the phenomenon of law-making expertise as an innovative, practice-oriented direction of scientific research. Consideration of the complex of problems of the technique and technology of legal expertise, the specifics of the system of expert state bodies and public associations allowed us to focus on the defects of the regulatory legal framework regulating expert activity, to suggest effective ways to improve it.
