Abstract | The XXIII International Scientific and Practical Forum “Yurtechnetics” actualized and allowed to systematically analyze modern doctrinal approaches to understanding legal expertise. Currently, there is a need in jurisprudence to form a holistic view of the phenomenon of law-making expertise as an innovative, practice-oriented direction of scientific research.
