Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the problems of establishing the administrative responsibility of legal entities that occur for committing offenses in the field of road traffic. Based on the analysis of the administratively punishable acts of legal entities provided for in Chapter 12 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, proposals aimed at further improving the legislation on administrative liability of legal entities in the field of road traffic are formulated and justified.
