Abstract

The article raises the problem of the need to transform the modern law on the principles of morality and integration constitutionalism. The aim of the study is to analyze the development of modern law, the impact of new forms of globalization on it, the need to build interstate integration on spiritual and moral principles. The tasks of both the social assessment of the civilizational potential of the constitutional reform of 2020 in the Russian Federation and the understanding of the planetary scale of the existing problems are being solved. General scientific and special methods of research, including dialectical and concrete-historical methods, methods of formal logic, analysis, synthesis, systemic, comparative-legal and interpretation method are used, which allows to give definitions to the moral state and the integration constitutionalism. The conclusions are justified by strengthening the constitutional reform of 2020 in Russia in accordity with the cultural and historical traditions of Russia, the moral framework of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which gives an opportunity to start the formation of a moral state. The importance of developing mechanisms of integration constitutionalism and the need to enshrine it in the Russian Constitution at the next stage of reform is substantiated. It is integration constitutionalism that should be the basis of the revival of historical Russia, the voluntary and successful gathering of the post-Soviet space into a new unified state community - the union state. Since the threat to the existence of mankind is caused by the very development of productive forces, the achievements of science and technology, and its neutralization is unthinkable without further development of these components of the process of civilization. Humanity must learn to live in harmony with Nature, with its laws, which requires the strengthening of moral principles at a completely new, already constitutional and global level. Procrastination with the transformation of the modern right to the basics of morality and integration constitutionalism can have fatal consequences, provoke a kind of euthanasia of mankind due to the escalating ecological crisis into a global catastrophe. All civilizations urgently need to establish moral societies and moral states.
