Abstract

The article examines a wide range of social problems of modern state-legal reality, the study of which intensifies the integral interest of legal and economic sciences. General theory of law and sectoral legal sciences, which investigate the effectiveness of the observance and protection of socio-economic rights and freedoms of man, reveal the problems of social inequality, modification of social relations and changes in the models of law and order, imperfection of legislation, law enforcement, etc., which correlates with the subject area of knowledge of economic theory. Attention dwells on the consideration of the categories “legal person”, “economic person”, “human capital”, understanding of law and economics as sociocultural phenomena, etc., which, in the context of globalization and its consequences, acquire new meanings, the study of which involves the use of interdisciplinary approach.
