Abstract

The article covers the problem of criminal liability for violations of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, meeting, demonstration, procession or picketing, criminological and socio-legal justification for the criminalization of this act. The prospects for the development of the criminological situation in this area are determined, theoretical conclusions are formulated that contribute to a fair criminological and legal assessment of the act and its prevention
