Abstract

This paper examines the state as a form and method of man and society existence. The main idea of the article is that the state is archetypal to man, that man and States constitute an accident (in the Aristotelian sense). Even the degradation of state power should not devalue the state itself. At the same time, the separation of the state from culture leads to its degeneration, to a critical gap between natural and positive law. In this state of Affairs, there is a serious threat to the collapse of the state as a form and method of anthropological existence. Meanwhile, there is no alternative to the state yet. The collapse of the state will lead to the impossibility of intensive human development, since it is the state that provides him with opportunities for spiritual and intellectual growth that exceeds the vital needs that ensure the supra-biological level of development of society.
